  • What can I expect during the meet and greet session?

    During the free 15 minute meet and greet is a chance for your and your therapist to introduce yourself to each other before committing to a session. It is also an opportunity to share with the therapist your reasons for seeking counselling services and finding out if you feel your therapist is a good fit for you.

  • What can I expect during my first therapy session?

    Your first therapy session is an opportunity to build a rapport with your therapist, to share your current concerns for seeking counselling services, and what you hope to achieve.  Your therapist will also go over procedures for counselling services and will be open to hearing any questions you may have during this journey.

  • How do I know who to see?

    If you’re unsure who to see, book a meet and greet with therapist that you may be interested in, or email info@evluni.com

  • Can I change who I am seeing?

    Yes, absolutely!  A good fit is crucial in the therapy process, if you feel your current therapist may not be a good fit for you, you can change who you are seeing.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

    Yes, we offer online video sessions and phone sessions.

  • How long is a session?

    A session is 50 minutes.

  • How many sessions do I need?

    There is not a clear answer for this, the amount of sessions for therapist is dependent on the individuals needs and goals for therapy.  If this a concern, speak to your therapist about it.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office hours vary depending on your therapist, and is by appointment only.  Please refer to our team profiles to find a therapist that fits your schedule.

  • How do assessments work?

    Psychological assessments involve a series of structured tests and interviews designed to evaluate an individual's mental health, behavior, and cognitive abilities. At Evluni, we currently do not offer assessments.

  • Do you provide direct billing?

    Currently, we do not. This may change though!

  • Do you offer sliding scale?

    Yes, we do! It is dependent on practitioner, please speak to your therapist or email info@evluni.com for more information.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling.  Within 48 hours, a fee equivalent to the full session fee will be charged.

  • Do you have social media?
